FAQ's
Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront to secure your booking, and the 50% remaining will be paid on an agreed date before the project ends.
I usually book about 2 weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking about working with a designer and well before your deadline.
Yes, of course! we are based in Hawaii but love working with clients worldwide so don’t hesitate to reach out.
You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed upon start date. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.
No, Milk & Honey studio believes in the power of comprehensive branding and how it is the key to a sustainable & successful business. A logo is just a small piece of a brand identity. Our brand design service includes a logo suite, typography style guide, color palette, and brand guidelines, all backed by a brand strategy that's unique to you.
We will always provide you with the reasoning behind our decisions and the rationale. Our design reflects what we believe is the best solution for your brand based on your questionnaire, the brief, and the creative direction. If you still don’t feel like the design we provided is the right fit for you, we will go back and create a new creative direction board for you. This process requires us to charge an additional fee.
I understand that sometimes life has unexpected challenges and we need something done quickly. Whether it’s your launch date that is just around the corner and you need your brand done ASAP or if you just need this extra brochure for an upcoming event. We can definitely help you if our schedule allows for it. Depending on your needs, we will charge a rush fee or discuss a daily rate.
